Derrick Kwame Asare


Am 20 years of age and born on 15th July, 1989 in Accra.

I am the last born to Mr. and Mrs. Asare Okwan with two elder sisters: Gloria Asare and Theresa Lillian Asare.


Which part of your home town do you come from?

I come from Agona Asaman in the Ashanti Region and live in Accra.


What is your educational background?

I completed Prince of Peace International School (J.H.S) and further continued to Holy Trinity Cathedral Secondary School.


Do you have any position held previously?

I was the entertainment prefect Holy Trinity Cathedral Secondary School from 2006 to 2007.

I want to study Music at University of Ghana (Legon)


what is your Spiritaul background?

I am a Christian (Charismatic).


What is your area of interest in Music?

Rhythm and Blues(R&B) and that is what am doing in this competition.


What do you like doing at your leisure time?

Singing, listening to music writing, Painting and Programming music.


What is your aim of joining Mentor?

All my life I have loved music, and I believe Mentor has got the platform to give me the exposure to make me a good musician.

I want to become a Great (R&B) Afro-pop star ever lived on earth.
