| CONCEPT |

| Auditioning for contestant will be at five zones around the country with a shortlist of five contestant selected from each zone. This time very salient qualities will be considered in the selection of the final showdown in Accra. Judges would maintain power to evict. Each week, the contestants will perform live to Judges, studio and television audience with a band and backing singers. The judges will also comment on their performance based on best voice of the night, most creative contestant of the night and most stressful contestant of the night |

| EVICTION |
|
| There would be 100% votes from the general public with the judges deciding on saving one of the last three contestants with least votes during the eviction shows. |

| CAMPING |
|
| Camping of the contestants is part of the show to create a kind of psychological tension and expectation among viewers who see the contestants as idols because they get to see them often. There will also be live feed from the mentor house which would help in creating a bond between them and their fans. Contestants will be given a lot of task to engage them as well as hook viewers to watch them on television. |

| PRESENTER |

| Mentor V will maintain the format of a single presenter instead of two presenters. |

| CREATIVE TASK |
|
| Contestants will be expected to come out with a single track as their project work. |

| JUDGES |
|
| There would be two permanent judges who are professionals in the music industry and a guest judge each week. The judges have the power to decide which one with the least vote goes home. |

| FINAL SHOW DOWN |

| This is where the contestants are given the opportunity to perform again before the judges decide which one of the two goes home |
